My wife and I went mattress shopping a few months ago. We visited this place as a last stop after realizing how much mattresses had increased in price over these last few years. We came to this place because we know the cost of most things were lower than anywhere else and boy did we get the worst service ever. Three men offered to load the mattress onto our vehicle. They were probably at my car for a total of 30 seconds, it was a very poor job at strapping this mattress down. We pull out of the parking lot and the mattress goes flying off and takes the rack of my car with it, breaking it. I reached back out to the manager of the store who was extremely rude and unprofessional (even went as far as texting my cell phone from his personal cell phone) so I contacted corporate. For MONTHS they have given me the run around about fixing my car. Was told by multiple people my car would be fixed and it wouldn’t be an issue. Months later impatiently waiting for my car to be fixed that THEY broke I receive an email telling me my claim had been denied. We went to this place for a decently priced mattress, not to replace a rack on my car that we didn’t break. I’m super unhappy with this and I hope they don’t do business like this with everyone else. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Simply fixing what they broke was the right thing to do but I guess this company doesn’t care about people anymore. Damn shame.

Salesmen were very friendly and not pushy at all. Couch was delivered in a timely manner. When I unwrapped it the frame was broken. I called and spoke to JR about the issue. He was very apologetic and arranged for a new delivery. He personally went to the Nashville location to pick up another couch and delivered it the same evening. Excellent customer service and would gladly buy from this location again.

I highly recommend this place to anyone I know due to the fact my family has always bought our furniture from this place. As a new homeowner ourselves now we got to enjoy our new experiences of buying our own furniture. As soon as We walked in we had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Jarrett. He asked what we were looking for and helped us any way he could. We ran into a problem of buying a used head board and foot board that Didnt come with the frame or slats from a friend of mine. Jarrett helped us so much that he found what we needed. We also were so impressed by how helpful Mr. Jarrett was we even bought our beautiful sofa and love seat too. We loved the fact that he helped us any way as possible and also gave us a chance to decide on what we liked unlike any other place with salesman that would try to sell you anything. He even recommend the warranty on the couches due to the fact that we are expecting.Thank you sir for showing compassion and being helpful and friendly to us.

Finally paid off 4,000++ for a 2,100 couch set. Was never ever told that they had to be paid off early so the 60% interest wouldn’t kick in, or I would’ve ASAP. Absolutely crazy! I will not buy anything ever again from this business or recommend this company to anyone. Could’ve saved alll that money for Christmas for my son!

This was the best experience I’ve had making big purchases. I came in for a bed and Tremond helped me. He made sure I knew all the options and helped me find the best one! A few days later I came to pick it up and Nate assisted me with purchasing a couch and table. His customer service was top tier. They both made the process hassle free and American Freight is lucky to have them!

The associates were nice and tried but prices were wrong. Had a few fridges I was looking at online and went to store and the items were too small or damaged. So I looked at items on the floor, when we got to the counter they couldn’t honor price advertised in store on item because it was higher in the system and out of their control. Super frustrating even prices online were not the same, which I was told they don’t have control over but that seems wrong not to honor a price shown on the floor on merchandise. Prices were off by $110 for the one I was wanting. Tried honoring one price but that was over my budget and tried finding one in my budget but were all damaged. Prices should be checked and updated prior to opening or should be able to honor prices.
